2- day Women’s Retreat

We are approaching the end of the calendar year, the nights are drawing in earlier, the trees are preparing for the explosion of autumnal colours and winter waits patiently just around the corner.  Most of us find that we begin to hibernate in late October and settle in until the New Year dawns and then wait again until spring smiles upon us (even if it doesn’t come until the end of March!)

This retreat offers you the opportunity to take time out and nurture yourself; to really connect and find out what is working in your life and what isn’t; it opens a space for you to share some of your experiences with other women; to talk about your lives and find creative ways to explore your inner world.

6-week Creative Women’s Course

  • Do you feel something is missing in your life?
  • Do you feel tired and lethargic?
  • Do you struggle deciding what to do or lack confidence in trying something new?
  • Do you feel anxious and stressed?

During this course we will use a range of exercises including, painting, writing, guided visualisation and other playful techniques to reconnect to the creative parts within you.

Just as importantly, you will have the opportunity to have FUN, laugh and play with others in a safe, non judgemental environment as you explore your relationship to yourself and to others and your capacity to allow creativity, enjoyment and healing into your life.

You do not have to know how to draw or write but just have a willingness to try!

By the end of the course you will have an increased understanding and awareness of yourself and how you communicate with others. You will discover ways to comfort yourself and learn how to use new tools to help reduce stress and anxiety. And with greater clarity, comes the ability to incorporate these changes into your life.

Courses are run one evening a week for 6 weeks and have up to 8 people.
