Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed?

Are you feeling anxious, depressed or at the end of your tether?

If this is you, then read on to find out how counselling might help you.

What is counselling and psychotherapy?

There are many different types of counselling available and it can seem a difficult task to find one that appeals to you.  I offer professional and confidential individual counselling, workshops and courses for young people and adults.

Many clients say that you don’t really have to know which type of counselling will work for you.  But just in case you would like to know, I am an integrative counsellor and incorporate elements from three traditions: psychodynamic, humanistic and transpersonal.  In practice this means that I have a broad range of skills to help you.

This allows us to work holistically and discover what suits you the best.

Who can benefit?

Almost anyone can benefit from counselling.

Clients come to me for a variety of reasons, including counselling for depression, anxiety, stress, panic attacks, abuse, crises and relationships.

I am based in London, SE1 and South East London, SE14, so you can contact me today in complete confidence and find out how I can help you.
