about counselling

“Somewhere, out beyond all ideas of right and wrong-doing there is a field - I'll meet you there” - Rumi

Confidentiality

What you say to me is confidential.  As part of my commitment to offer you a safe space and to work within the BACP’s guidelines, I see a professional supervisor on a regular basis.  This ensures that I continue to work in an empowering and ethical way.  When I discuss material with my supervisor your identity will remain confidential at all times.

The only time I am required to break confidentiality is if I believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, but I will always try to speak to you about this before I do so.

If you’d like to talk to me in confidence to see whether I can help you, either fill in the contact form or call me.
